Shipping your Customer Care items to Power Electronics® Intl., Inc.®

Steps and instructions for shipping your items to PE® to avoid damage and delays.

  1. Make sure that you have already requested a Customer Care number by filling out our online form found here. DO NOT send items to PE® without obtaining a Customer Care number first! Significant delays may result if this step is not performed.
  2. Place the Customer Care number on ALL packages, invoices, Purchase Orders, and packing lists.
  3. Ship the product to PE® using your preferred carrier and based on item size. Send your package to the following address (a pre-made shipping label can be found here ):

  4. Insure your shipment. Power Electronics® International, Inc.® is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.
  5. Pack your items with care and follow your shipper's recommended instructions based on item size and weight. IMPORTANT NOTES:
    • Pay close attention to carrier size/weight restrictions - some larger devices may not be eligible for common carriers. For example: For VFDs 40HP and larger, a skid and LTL shipment is required for safe arrival.
    • DO NOT use the same container that the product was originally delivered in (use at your own risk). Most common shipping companies consider packaging material only good for a single-use. Re-using packaging materials for a second time is often used by carriers as justification to deny insurance claims (if damage occurs).
    • DO NOT pack units directly in packing peanuts. Packing materials may create a static charge which could damage the products and void the warranty.

  1. Keep all related parts together, such as soft-starts and their power bridges.
