How do I request a Product Return/Repair tracking number (Customer Care Number) from PE?
Before sending any items to Power Electronics, a Customer Care number must first be obtained from PE®. To request a Customer Care number (CC#), you must fill out and submit the form on this page. Any items that are shipped to Power Electronics® without a CC# may be subject to delays and/or additional fees.
